Frameworks, Tools & Briefs

Innovation at Arcsenti is driven by a commitment to the collective maturity of the industry. Through Arcsenti Labs: we develop applications and resources designed to standardise the way we understand and interact with the built environment.

Our work in the Labs environment is focused on creating a landscape for consistency. We believe that professional maturity begins with a shared understanding of foundational components.

The Common Asset Language (CAL): is a practical operating language that helps teams standardise information exchange, reduce ambiguity, and enforce lifecycle governance across design, construction, and handover.

The Digital Asset Navigator (DAN): is a strategic asset intelligence application designed to reduce time to insight, improve confidence in asset data, and support executive oversight of portfolio risk and handover quality.

Arcsenti Technical Briefs (ATBs) are a series of short, focused audio recordings exploring the decisions that shape successful digital delivery across infrastructure, buildings, and asset-intensive environments.

Each briefing is under five minutes and is designed to unpack one critical issue at a time, cutting through technology hype to address the structural, governance, and data challenges that prevent organisations from realising long-term value from their digital investments.

Rather than discussing tools in isolation, these briefings focus on intent: how data is defined, governed, transferred, and measured across the full asset lifecycle – from capital delivery into operations.

The series is aimed at asset owners, delivery leaders, digital engineering teams, and executives who are responsible not just for producing information, but for ensuring it remains usable, trusted, and valuable long after project handover.
